Can spouses of international students apply for an Australia Partner Visa?

No. The Australia Partner Visa only applies to spouses of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens. The international student can mention and include their dependants, such as spouses, partners, or dependent children, on their Subclass 500 (Australia Student visa) form. Once the application is approved, the dependents can migrate along with the principal applicant or join them later.
