Can I bring my children along on an Australia Partner Visa?

Yes, you can bring your children along on the Australian Partner Visa. You can include your dependent children in your Australian Partner Visa (subclass 820) application, provided the child fulfills the criteria for the Dependent Child visa (subclass 445).

A child is considered dependent if they are below 25 years old and they are your child, adopted child, or step-child. You can include your dependent child when you file your visa application.
