Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485)

It is the most popular visa option for international students who have graduated from Australia. The Temporary Graduate Visa has been further divided into the following streams.

The eligibility criteria for the Subclass 485 are given below. You must have:

• Studied for at least 2 years in Australia.

• Graduated from a CRICOS-registered course.

• Fulfill the Australian Study Requirement.

• Qualify health and character checks.

Skilled Independent Visa (Subclass 189)

It is a points-based Australia PR visa for highly skilled workers.

To be eligible, you must be:

• Employed in the job roles listed in the MLTSSL.

• Qualify Australian skills assessment.

• Have minimum points score

Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190)

It requires nomination by the state or territory government of Australia.

The eligibility criteria include:

• Occupation on the state/territory's Skilled Occupation List.

• Qualify skills assessment.

• Have the required points score.

Employer-Sponsored Visas

You can apply for either of the visa options under employer-sponsored visas.

• Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) Visa (Subclass 482)

• Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) Visa (Subclass 186)
