In the USA, international students can obtain scholarships offered by the government, private institutions, and private organizations. These scholarships can be partially paid or fully funded. Fulbright Foreign Student Program, Rhodes Scholarship, and Rotary Peace Fellowships are a few scholarships that international students can obtain.
