The Training Employment Pass (TEP) of Singapore facilitates international students' participation in practical training in Singapore for professional, executive, managerial, or specialist jobs as part of their study program. It is a temporary work permit for internships or training sponsored by the Singapore-based company they are working with. 

Key points about the Training Employment Pass:

Purpose: It facilitates international students' gaining practical experience and knowledge in Singapore through training programs or internships related to their studies. 

Eligibility: The international student must be enrolled in a designated educational institute in Singapore, and the training must be part of their curriculum. 

Salary requirement: The minimum salary requirement is S$3,000 per month. 

Duration: The pass is valid for 3 months and cannot be extended.
