GMAT Coaching

GMAT is a computer adaptive test that assesses your writing, analytical, verbal, quantitative, and reading skills in English which becomes necessary to pursue a graduate management program like the MBA.

The GMAT exam is a tight spot requiring sharp thinking and quick decisions to score well. GMAT prep helps you get over most of the obstacles and rigorous practice can prepare you to tackle the exam with relative ease.

But as reality is, there could still be times in the GMAT test that even the most effective GMAT online course can’t cover for you. So, what should you do when you don’t know the answer?

You can’t ponder and plan while at the exam for sure. So, to reach a conclusion as to what is the best thing to do when you get stuck with a question, you need to understand what GMAT evaluates.

So, do you have the liberty to guess the answer when you don’t know the answer? Is there an advantage in guessing an answer or is it a risky attempt?

The advice you can use

The following are a few pieces of advice you can use to figure out what course to take while considering making a guess at the GMAT exam.

  • In the Quant section, if there are one or two questions left to answer, leaving it blank or even guessing won’t put you at any risk.
  • In the Verbal section, you may leave up to 5 questions blank if you have to. For those 5 questions, guessing would be a gamble, and better not attempt it.
  • For any of your weaker subjects, it’s better not to do guesswork. Rather leave it blank.
  • Make educated guesses. This means you have to be well aware of the question pattern and the best ways you can think the answer can come around as. Make educated guesses in your strong subjects.

Should we even tell you the importance of getting the best GMAT coaching if you are serious about the test? Be smart, think smart, and perform even smarter. Great success will come your way.
