UK work visa

Types of UK work visas

UK Skilled Worker visa

UK HPI visa

The UK High Potential Individual or HPI visa allows applicants to live and work in UK for at least two years. Applicants must have a qualification from an eligible university in the last five years. UK Scale-up Worker visa

The UK Scale-up worker visa is given to candidates who are eligible to accept an occupation for a fast-growing business in the country. Employers of the candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria to sponsor skilled workers for their organization. Partners or dependent children can join the principal applicant and migrate to UK. This visa has both sponsored and unsponsored route. Unsponsored route is available only for those applicants who already have permission to work in UK through the Scale-up Worker visa.

The eligibility criteria for UK Work Visa to ILR are as follows:
