How does Canada Express Entry draw work?

The Canadian government introduced category-based Express Entry draws that invite potential individuals based on the category-based requirements. What is the eligibility criterion for the Express Entry category-based draws?

To qualify for an invitation under the Express Entry category-based draw, you must meet the following criteria:
