The following are the questions asked in the interview:
Ans. Explain the actual purpose of the visit, like visiting friends, family, or for a meeting.
Ans. Explain the exact duration for which you are planning to stay in the US. You must clarify that you’ll not exceed the maximum stay period that is allowed. For example, six months, eight months, etc.
Ans. Answer honestly, and if you have visited earlier, mention the reasons for visiting, like for training, medical treatment, meeting, or visiting someone.
Ans. Explain if you are staying at your relatives or friend's place. Provide the name and address of the relative or friend you are staying with. If you booked a hotel, show the booking details.
Ans. It is easy for the interviewer to accept the reasons if you are applying for a B1 visa. If you are traveling under a B2 visa, you need to give a strong reason, like you got days off from work at this time, or you have to do some medical treatment that you are unable to get in your home country, etc.
