Canadian universities offer a wide range of scholarships, such as the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship and the Lester B. Pearson Scholarship, to meritorious students to help them fund their studies. The scholarships cover the tuition fees and almost half of their cost of living. There are more than 93,000 scholarships offered in Canada. The country provides a funding of $249 million as scholarship to the students for financial aid. As per the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) report, around 1,028,650 students from 182 countries are currently studying in Canada. The country has more than 8,000 reputed universities and more than 16,000 university programs.
