What are the ILR fee payment methods?

The UK government offers a streamlined online system for the ILR application process. You can pay the ILR application fees online. You can use a debit or a credit card to complete the Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) fee payment. The card's name must match the name mentioned in the ILR application to avoid payment failures. The card must also have sufficient funds to complete the ILR application process.

 

Can I get an ILR Fees Refund?

In most cases, the UK Home Office does not process a refund. However, there are certain conditions under which you may be eligible for an ILR fee refund:

 

• Withdrawal of the application before processing: If you choose to withdraw the application before the process begins, you may request a complete refund. However, you must submit a withdrawal request as soon as possible to be eligible for a refund.
