All in All I Recommend Y-Axis and The Service is Very Useful

We have been through this process for more than 2 years. There were a lot of changes in the process consultants (PC) which made it difficult for us to track who is our latest consultant. However, the assigned PC would ensure we get the required help. We were guided thoroughly with all the steps and have received our PR recently. Many a times the PCs faced communication issues and took longer to understand the query. Sometimes we faced critical delays due to the lack of communication between us and the PC. Y-Axis should ensure to let the applicant know where do their services end instead of letting the applicant guess it. All in all I recommend Y-Axis and major credit goes to Shiva and Sumanth for helping me with my final steps.
