The most recent Express Entry draw held on July 11, 2023, is an all-program draw and invited 800 candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 505. The highest CRS score for an all-program draw in 2023 was 511, held on July 04 draw.
IRCC has also held some category-based draws in recent weeks. On July 05, IRCC held the first-ever STEM-category draw, inviting 500 candidates with work experience in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) occupations. The minimum CRS score for this draw was 486.
On July 6, IRCC held a healthcare-category draw, inviting 1,500 candidates with work experience in healthcare occupations. The minimum CRS score for this draw was 463. And on July 7, IRCC held a French-speaking draw, inviting 2,300 candidates with strong French-speaking abilities. The minimum CRS score for this draw was 439.

Canada issued 65,348 ITAs through Express Entry draws in 2023 to date. These numbers are significantly higher compared to the draws held in 2022. These recent Express Entry draws are a sign that Canada is welcoming immigrants in large numbers.
