Fully-Vaccinated applicants for Canada’s working holiday permit do not need job offer Hurray! Great news for fully vaccinated people willing to migrate to Canada. The fully vaccinated nationals are permitted to enter Canada through Working Holiday Permit without any job offer, as per the recent proceedings by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). If you are migrating to Canada under the International Experience Canada (IEC) program, then you need to have:
  • Port of entry letter
  • Negative pre-entry covid-19 test result
if you want to enter Canada. The proof of vaccination should be submitted in Canada’s ArriveCan app before entering the borders. They also need to carry a paper copy of that document.
“Due to current travel restrictions,” says IRCC, “Unvaccinated and partially-vaccinated working holiday candidates will have to: ·         Provide proof of a valid job offer when they arrive in Canada; ·         Be required to quarantine.”
The IEC program is well-known among young Canadians as it allows them to live and work in any one of 34 countries. While Ottawa allows their young people aged 18 to 35 years of age to come and work in Canada under the following categories:
  • Working holiday
  • International co-op or internship
  • Young professionals category
It also allows young people from foreign countries to come to Canada through the use of a recognized organization. This provides few services and a fee to both Canadians going abroad and foreign nationals coming to Canada.
  • The services include help finding a job opportunity, somewhere to live, or travel arrangements.
  • The organizations are either Canadian with offices overseas or international outfits with offices in Canada.
