Canada PNP immigration options for overseas students

Overseas students have diverse Canada PNP immigration options. Majority of the PNPs that target overseas students mandate that the student possesses valid Post-Graduate Work Visa. Once they obtain this permit, overseas students will be qualified to reside and work anywhere in Canada.

Post-Graduate Worker Alberta:

You can qualify for this stream if you complete a Post-secondary level credential in Alberta. You must also be employed in the province while submitting the application.

BC Overseas Post-Graduate stream:

Applicants must have completed a Post-Graduate or Ph.D. degree from a qualified institution in British Columbia. They can use this stream to directly apply for a provincial nomination and job offer is not required, as quoted by the Canadim.

Post- Graduate and Doctoral stream Ontario:

Applicants must have completed a Post-Graduate or Ph.D. degree from a qualified Institution in Ontario. They can apply for a provincial nomination through this stream that has strict quotas.

Atlantic Provinces:

All the Atlantic Provinces in Canada are in the process of implementing latest Study-to-Stay programs. These programs assist overseas students throughout their studies in Canada.

Below are the PNP immigration options for overseas students who study anywhere in Canada:

Overseas Graduate Alberta:

Oversea students who have completed minimum 1-year post-secondary program anywhere in Canada are eligible for this stream. But they are required to be currently Working in Canada.

Overseas Graduate BC:

Oversea students who have completed post-secondary program anywhere in Canada are eligible for this stream. But they are required to possess a job offer from an employer in British Columbia.

Overseas Students Ontario:

Oversea students who have completed post-secondary program anywhere in Canada are eligible for this stream. But they are required to possess a job offer from an employer in Ontario.
