Chinese Business People To Be Favored By UK Secure Visas

UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) will introduce an easy visa process for Chinese business partners of UK companies. The scheme "Select Business Scheme UK" greatly reduces the paper work. Limits the documents to an invitation letter, a letter of employment, and a duly filled application form to apply for a UK visa.

The scheme will be accessible to China-British Business Council (CBBC), the British Chamber of Commerce in  China, UK Trade and Investment (UKTI), and the Confederation of Business Industry (CBI).

The members of CBBC will be provided a welcome pack and a point of contact from UK Visas and Immigration  department for any support, or queries. Plus, timely updates will be sent to all the participating members.

This shows the growing ties between the UKVI and Trade Bodies, said Dominique Hardy, UKVI's Regional Manager  to China.
