The Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC) has been testing CareerAtlas tool with newcomers around Ontario for the past three years. The results showed remarkable success:

  • 88% of clients surveyed reported that they were able to successfully identify the skills they already possess
  • 89% developed a better awareness of their goals or needs for work
  • 83% found CareerAtlas useful for in finding information about possible career paths
