The CEC is one of the 3 economic immigration programs managed by IRCC through the federal Express Entry system. The other Express Entry programs are the Federal Skilled Worker Program [FSWP] and the Federal Skilled Trades Program [FSTP]. For individuals possessing skilled work experience in Canada, the CEC targets temporary foreign workers and foreign graduates that have qualifying Canadian work experience. The CEC has no education requirement. |
