You must ensure that you have properly filed your H-1B Cap-subject application for ensuring maximum chances of approval. US Citizenship and Immigration Services - USCIS will begin accepting the cap-subject applications from 1 April 2019.
The H-1B Program permits firms in the US to provisionally employ overseas workers.
