3, 750 Canada PR ITAs have been offered by the Government in the latest Express Entry draw held on 11 July. 442 were the threshold score in Comprehensive Ranking System. This is the same as the CRS score for the previous draw held on 25 June. The 3, 750 ITAs is also the same as the ones offered in the last 2 draws held on June 25 and June 13.
The time and date used for the tie-break for the July 11 draw were 13.18.55 UTC and 26 June 2018. This implies that all candidates with CRS score with 442 plus received the Canada PR ITAs. Along with these, those who secured 442 scores and submitted their profiles before this time and date also received the ITAs.
The threshold CRS has not changed between 2 consecutive draws notwithstanding the large size of the draws. This could be due to the fact that 2 weeks plus had elapsed between the draws. The time gap between draws permits replenishing time to the Express Entry pool. This can have an impact on enhancing the threshold CRS score.
The last 3 draws have offered 3, 750 Canada PR ITAs to candidates in Express Entry pool. This is the latest high point trend established by IRCC in late 2017. In this pattern, the draw sizes remain constant over previous draws. Then they increase by 500 or 250 for every 2 months, as quoted by the CIC News.
Draw sizes commenced at the 2, 750 ITAs in 2018. They then steadily enhanced to 3,000, then 3, 500 and the present 3, 750.
