Highlights: First PNP Draws of 2024 held by Ontario, British Columbia, and Manitoba

• Ontario, British Columbia, and Manitoba held first PNP draws in 2024.
• A total of 4,803 invitations to apply (ITAs) were sent to eligible candidates in these PNP draws. 
• Ontario PNP issued 4003 invitations, British Columbia PNP issued 377 invitations, and Manitoba PNP issued 423 invitations to apply.

Latest British Columbia PNP Draw

British Columbia PNP held first draw of 2024 on January 10, 2024 and issued 377 invitations to apply (ITAs) to eligible candidates with scores ranging from 60 – 120.

 

The invitations were issued under the general, childcare, construction, healthcare, and veterinary care occupations under the skilled worker, international graduate, skilled worker and international graduate – with EEBC option, entry level and semi-skilled streams

 

110 invitations to apply were sent under the general draw type. The minimum CRS scores for ranged 100 – 120.

 

113 invitations were sent to candidates in childcare occupation with a minimum score of 60, 74 invitations were sent to construction occupation with minimum CRS score of 75.

 

60 invitations were issued under the Healthcare occupation and 5 invitations were issued under the veterinary care occupation with minimum CRS score of 60 for both the occupations.

The invitations to apply are issued based on factors such as occupation, salary, work experience, education, and language fluency.

Ontario held first PNP draw of 2024 on January 9, 2024 and January 11, 2024 and issued a total of 4003 invitations in just two days.

 

OINP draw held on January 11, 2024 issued 2,552 notifications of interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination under the skilled trades stream with minimum CRS score range of 350 – 424.

 

The draw held on January 9, 2024 issued 1,451 invitations to apply for candidates under the foreign worker stream in skilled trades, healthcare and tech occupations with minimum CRS score range of 33 – 40 and above.

Manitoba held PNP draw on January 11, 2024 and issued a total of 423 Letters of Advice to apply to eligible candidates under the skilled worker in Manitoba, close relative in Manitoba, international education stream, and skilled worker overseas stream with scores ranging 607 – 823.

 

Out of the 423 Advice Letters to apply that were issued in this draw, 73 were given to applicants who presented their valid job seeker validation code and Express Entry profile number.
