Alex Ellis, the UK High commissioner has apologized to Indian citizens who have been facing visa delays for a long time and requested Indians to purchase airline tickets only after obtaining the visas to avoid extra charges. The students who plan to study in the UK, need to apply for mandate documents, which takes a long time, the UK high commission suggests that Indian students apply for their visas in time.
