100 Indian education institutions accept GRE scores

 

India has become the largest market for the GRE, and Indian students surpass Americans in the GRE. More than 100 Indian education institutions, including business schools, accept GRE scores. GRE allows students to study in India and access institutions outside the country. The number of Indian citizens appearing for the GRE has seemingly exceeded the number of American students.

 

Amit Sevak, chief executive of ETS, said, “This is the first time in 80 years history the country outside the US has more test takers.
