Canada held two consecutive Express Entry draws in the first week on August 2023. Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has invited 800 French-speaking candidates in the latest Express Entry draw. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score requirement was 435.
IRCC held 6 Express Entry draws in the first two weeks of July 2023. On July 11-12, IRCC conducted another category-based draw targeting French-speaking candidates. The draw invited 3,800 individuals with a cut-off CRS score of 375, which was the lowest CRS score requirement for any Express Entry draw in 2023.

IRCC continued its focus on French-speaking candidates as well. On 7th July, 2,300 invitations were issued to Express Entry candidates with strong French-speaking abilities. The candidates were required to score a cut-off CRS score of 439.
The second category-based Express entry draw for healthcare professionals was held on 6th July. A total number of 1,500 candidates were invited, with a cut-off CRS score of 463.
On 5th July, 500 candidates with work experience in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) occupations received invitations. The minimum requirement for a CRS score was set to 486.
On 4th July, Canada held Express Entry draw and invited 700 candidates. The minimum requirement for a CRS score was set to 511, the highest July score.
