Manitoba holds its 16th draw of 2020

In another draw held by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, 199 Canada immigration candidates received invitations to apply for being provincially nominated by Manitoba. Once a nomination has been successfully secured, the candidate can then apply to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada [IRCC] for Canadian permanent residence.

In its Expression of Interest [EOI] Draw #95 held on July 30, 2020, the MPNP has issued 199 Letters of Advice to Apply [LAAs] to international students as well as skilled workers. 15 of them were Express Entry candidates.

The previous MPNP draw was held on July 16, 2020.

To be eligible for receiving an LAA through the Skilled Workers in Manitoba and Skilled Workers Overseas categories, immigration candidates would first have to register their Expression of Interest [EOI] with the MPNP.

A score – referred to as the EOI score – is allotted out of a total of 1,000 based on various factors, like work experience, connections to Manitoba, education etc.
