New USCIS online service for Green Cards and Citizenship

The New USCIS online service for Green Cards and Citizenship application has commenced now. This permits immigrants to replace a Green Card or apply for Citizenship online. Applicants are required to create an account utilizing new tools offered on the homepage of USICS. This is for online application of their crucial documents.

A Spokesperson of the USCIS said that online filing assists the petitioners and applicants by enhancing the efficiency of the process. This also enhances the efficiency of obtaining responses for a request for proofs and making decisions, added the Spokesperson.

The USCIS homepage now makes available the following forms:

• I-90 - Replacing Permanent Resident Card Application
• N-336 - Seek a Hearing on a verdict in Naturalization Proceedings
• N-400 - Naturalization Application
• N-565 - Naturalization/Citizenship Document Replacement Application
• N-600 - Certificate of Citizenship Application
• N-600K - Citizenship and Issuance of Certificate Under Section 322 and G-28 Application
• Notice of Entrance for Appearance as an Accredited Representative or Attorney

USCIS online service requires the applicants to create an account for filing an application. They must fill the form for specific application and upload the proof that supports their application. After this, they have to print a copy of the PDF of their files, sign the forms digitally and pay the necessary fee.

The applicants must then check the account for obtaining the date for filing their fingerprints, as quoted by the MWAKILISHI. They must run the necessary security and background checks and respond to the requests for supporting proofs. The applicants have to then verify the application status and finally wait for the decision of the USCIS on their application.
