Quebec Arrima draw held on October 21, 2021, invited 23 immigration candidates to apply for permanent selection.
This is the first Arrima draw held in October 2021 under the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP).
Candidates who received invitations in the latest draw can apply for permanent selection by the MIFI (Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration). The candidates with a minimum score requirement of 562 in the Arrima pool were invited.

The invitations sent through Arrima also targeted candidates having a valid job offer outside the Montréal Metropolitan area and those who reside in Quebec as:
Diplomat
Consular official
United Nations representative
Representative of any intergovernmental organization operating in Quebec.
This draw is Quebec’s 11th in 2021 and is the smallest draw held so far by the province in 2021. Most of the Quebec draws held in the second part of the year invited over 500 immigration candidates.
Till date, a total of 3,223 candidates have been invited to apply for permanent selection by Quebec.
In the first three quarters of the year, Quebec invited 28,770 new permanent residents. Among these, 16,655 were permanent residents, arrived through economic programs, of which 15,335 were skilled workers, and 1,315 were business immigrants.
Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program
The Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program is more likely for skilled workers who are proficient at establishing themselves economically in the province. This program encourages the

International graduates
who wish to immigrate permanently to Quebec to work.
The candidates who received the invitations will have a maximum of 60 days to submit their application and pay processing fees.
Quebec aims to process complete applications within six months, starting from the date of receiving the invitation. This includes the submission of checklist documents and forms required.
The candidates who are successful will receive a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ or Quebec Selection Certificate). This can be used to apply for permanent residence to the Canadian federal government.
