The requirements for Australia PR Visa through State nomination from South Australia are:

Loyalty to South Australia: 

You must commit to live and work in South Australia for 2 years from the date of arrival. This must be with a view to settling in the State on a long-term basis.

English:

 You must be able to fulfil the minimum requirement for the English language specified by South Australia for your occupation. You do not need to offer the result of English test if you are a citizen or hold passport of New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, the UK or the US. 

Financial ability:

You must possess adequate funds for settling in South Australia, as quoted by the SBS.

Applicants must take note that they cannot submit an application for State Sponsorship from South Australia for professions that are under ‘special conditions apply’. This is except if they fulfil the unique requirements. It must also be taken note that occupations stated as Low Availability/ Obtainable status can get exhausted at any point in time.
