ACT changes rules for Australia 190 Visa from First July

ACT - Australian Capital Territory has announced changes to rules for Australia 190 Visa and new occupations list with effect from 1st July 2019. This is for State Sponsorship through the Subclass Australia 190 Visa.

The list will be effective for the below-mentioned purposes:

•    Support from Regional Certifying Body for an Employer Nomination through the Regional Sponsored Immigration Scheme.

•    Nomination from ACT for a Skilled Nominated Subclass Australia 190 Visa

The below changes have been made to the latest list in comparison with the previous list:

Occupations eliminated from the list:

Employment Caveat

At least 1 year employment contract with an employer ACT in the occupation that is nominated, as quoted by the SBS
