9 jobs in Saskatchewan have registered an increase in demand due to COVID-19. Applying to the SINP is only 1 of the steps towards becoming a permanent resident in Saskatchewan. All that are successful in securing a SINP nomination will be required to apply for Canada PR through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada [IRCC]. When those nominated by the SINP apply for permanent resident status with IRCC, they will be identified as “SINP nominees”. A PNP nomination – through any of the IRCC Express Entry linked streams – is worth 600 ranking points in itself. Here, by ‘CRS’ is implied the Comprehensive Ranking System. The higher the CRS score, the better the chances of that federal Express Entry candidate being invited by IRCC to apply for permanent residence in Canada. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
