Candidates have received invitations to apply from British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, PEI, and Manitoba for provincial immigration.
All Canadian territories and provinces except Quebec and Nunavut may invite economic immigrants to apply for a provincial nomination through PNP. When a candidate applies to IRCC, a nomination helps to strengthen the application of candidates for residency permanently.

On November 1st, recent immigration levels plan was released for 2024 – 2026. The plan shows that IRCC will allow 110,000 new coming candidates through PNP in 2024, and 120,000 in 2025 and 2026 each.
Program focuses on three things which are to make it easy for the new comers to settle, improve efficiency, and to coordinate the development of immigration levels with settlement services and infrastructure requirements.

Ontario sent out invitations to apply on October 30th to the candidates in Master’s and PhD Graduate streams under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
1051 candidates were invited under Master’s Graduate, with a score of 43 and above.
66 candidates were invited under PhD Graduate stream, with a score of 42 and above.
203 PNP candidates were invited by British Columbia on October 31st.
There were 4 draws held with the largest draw considering skilled workers with a score of 111, and International Graduates with a minimum of 113 score, and Semi-skilled & Entry level candidates with a score of 91.
Three other draws were specific to occupations and targeted International Graduates and Skilled Workers with a minimum of 60 score.
48 were for early childhood educators and assistants, 22 for healthcare occupations, and less than five for other professions.
On November 1st, Quebec has released its own Immigration Levels Plan.
Targets have been set on inviting the immigrants to apply for selection by Quebec. The province normally sets it targets for up to 4 years in prior but this year the target is set for 2024 and 2025 and the target is set for 30,650 skilled workers in the year 2024 and 31,500 in the year 2025.
On October 26th, two recent provincial immigration draws were taken place where 1220 candidates were invited. Multiple trade occupations with a score of greater than 465 points were invited.
And for the second draw healthcare, tech and other occupations candidates were targeted and the score was 608 and greater.
The draw results were published recently by Alberta for October 24th, and October 26th.
22 candidates were invited on October 24th through the Healthcare Pathway with Alberta job offer pathway. The low ranked candidates had 326 score.
100 candidates were invited under the Primary Occupation and Family Connection in the Demand stream. The minimum CRS score which was required was 369.
On November 2nd, 400 candidates were invited to apply through Manitoba PNP for nomination.
Three draws were held separately, in which the first draw was a general draw for 204 skilled workers with 768 score.
The second draw was for Overseas Skilled Workers, and as a part of strategic recruitment initiative the province sent out invitations to 65 candidates with a score of 708.
131 candidates were invited from the stream in International Education in the final draw.
41 Express Entry and Labour candidates were invited by PET on November 2nd, 2023.
The selection was done based on the sectors the candidates were working in, such as the food processing, manufacturing, healthcare, and agriculture sectors.
2,385 invitations were sent to candidates by PEI for last 12 months through the PEI Provincial Nominee Program.
