As per a recent advisory by the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, Indian applicants have been directed to apply well in advance for their U.S. work visas.
In an October 9 Tweet, the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi has advised those applying for their “work #USvisa” to do so “up to 90 days before the employment start date” that is noted down on their individual I-797.
