7. Cornell University:

Cornell University is ranked 7th in the US and 14th globally in the QS rankings for 2018. It was the first US University in the US to offer a degree in Veterinary Medicine and is situated in Ithaca, New York.

8. Yale University:

Established in 1701, the Yale University is quite acclaimed for its highly selective School of Law. It awarded the first Doctoral degree in the US in 1861. At present it as 20% overseas students out of a total 12,300.
