The Australian National University, or ANU, is a public university located in Canberra, Australia. Established in 1946, it has its main campus in Acton, a suburb of Canberra.
ANU comprises seven teaching and research colleges and also several national institutes and academies.

Australian National University has four campuses – one in Canberra and the others in the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, and the Northern Territory.
