The University of Sydney (USYD) Programs

The University of Sydney (USYD), a public research university, is located in Sydney, the largest city in Australia. Founded in 1850, it is Australia’s oldest university. It has eight faculties and university schools to offer degrees in bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorates.

Admissions at the University of Sydney

Application: Students are allowed to apply online through applications, to gain admission to the University of Sydney. Students, who are visa holders for Australia or New Zealand, along with the ones carrying out an International Baccalaureate Diploma, are allowed to apply through the UAC Application.

International applicants need to submit to the University of Sydney their applications during its two intakes- one in January ending and the other in June end.

Campus of the University of Sydney

The University of Sydney campus allows its students to join one of the more than 250 clubs and societies that offer various cultural, sporting, and social activities. Students registered with the University of Sydney can also perform talk shows on SURG- a radio station owned by the university.
