MBS has three schools, one each in Sydney, Melbourne, and Malaysia. The main campus is, however, located in Carlton, a suburb of Melbourne, with an administrative building and its main office.
It also houses two research centers in the Asia-Pacific Centre for Social Impact (APSIC) and the Centre for Business Analytics (CBA), more than 200 student clubs and associations for its students at the University of Melbourne, and a devoted to it is the Giblin Eunson Library.
