  • An original and valid passport 
  • Two passport-sized copies of your recent photographs 
  • Visa application form
  • Internship letter
  • Proof of training contract in Portugal 
  • Proof of accommodation 
  • Medical insurance 
  • Proof of itinerary
  • No Objection Certificate (For those who are currently employed)
  • Criminal clearance record or PCC (Police clearance certificate)
