The campus of Chicago University, which is encircled by green botanical gardens, is located close to Chicago’s Hyde Park. About 70% of its students reside within the campus. Close to the campus are many eateries and shopping malls.

Admission process of the University of Chicago

The University of Chicago’s admission process is mostly the same for both native and foreign students.

The University of Chicago offers scholarships to students in form of university merit scholarships, international financial aid, fellowships, and teaching and research assistantships. Some cover a portion and others full tuition fees.

Work-study program

With the Federal Work-Study program, you can earn wages through part-time employment which is partly borne by the government and partly by employers. Students are allowed to work not more than 20 hours per week during semesters and 37.5 hours per week during vacations.
