Your Role: Senior Education Counsellor
As a Senior Education Counsellor, you will inspire students to take bold steps toward their global education dreams. You will guide them through their university selection, application process, and program choices, helping them unlock their potential to become global leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire & Empower Aspirations: Conduct personalized assessments to guide students toward programs and universities that align with their interests and career goals.
- Provide Expert Program Guidance: Research and recommend top universities and programs across key destinations, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Germany.
- Master the Application Process: Assist students with crafting strong applications, preparing documentation, and managing the complexities of the application process.
- Transformative Counselling: Support undergraduate and postgraduate students in accessing the world's top programs and realizing their dreams.
- Test & Certification Guidance: Offer insights into standardized tests and certifications, helping students strengthen their profiles.
- Pathway Planning for Younger Students: Advise middle school and high school students on building strong academic and vocational paths for future overseas education.
What We’re Looking For
Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred—ideally from an international university.
Experience
Proven experience in counselling, such as in a college/university admissions office or as a high school guidance counsellor.
In-depth knowledge of international education systems, especially in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passionate about guiding students toward achieving their study abroad dreams.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset for assessing and providing evidence-based recommendations.
