Germany Work Visas approval requirements for hiring non-EU workers have been amended by the German Labor Authority. Non-EU citizens transferred to Germany for an assignment are already required to offer specific details. They must offer details of gross salary and confirm equal pay. These are the requirements of the German Work Visa application.
The applicants of Germany Work Visas are now required to confirm equivalent salary on the amounts being paid overseas and or Germany. The standard for equivalent pay is the average German worker in the same region engaged in the same work. The similar level of relevant work experience is also applicable, as quoted by the Guardian.
Limited accommodation allowances and expenses that are reimbursed will no longer be calculated as salary. This is while assessing the equal pay criterions of an applicant. Extension applications will be required to have all components of eth salary itemized on the pay slips.
Non-EU citizens in Germany who are working under local employment contracts will have to offer additional information. This will be as a part of their Germany Work Visas applications. It includes the number of days of vacation, overtime arrangements, and collective payment commitments.
Germany is eager to attract overseas professionals into the country for a long-term period. These include Biologists, Chemists, Physicians, IT specialists, Engineers, Academics, and other Senior Personnel. These professionals are offered priority approval for their German Work Visa.
Individuals outside the EEA/EU or Switzerland intending to work in Germany will require a Work Visa. This will be aligned to their Residence Status in Germany.
